Unbroken Leadership™ is a program designed to help people who want to improve their leadership capabilities and skills, whether as executives, teachers, coaches, or parents.

 

In Unbroken Leadership, horses are used to help illustrate key leadership concepts but the outcomes are all about improved human relationships. Working with a horse is an important part of the program, but no previous experience with horses is necessary and even those who only observe will benefit.

Horses provide authentic, immediate feedback in response to your behavior. It has been said that horses are mirrors to the human soul, and the behavior they manifest is a result of your intentions towards them.

 

With human relations it can take weeks, or sometimes even months to see the effect of your efforts. However, horses recognize change immediately and, if you are listening, are always providing feedback about how you are showing up.
