Unbroken Leadership is a program designed to help people who want to improve their leadership capabilities and skills, whether as executives, teachers, coaches, or parents.
While horses are used to help illustrate key management /leadership concepts, the outcomes are all about improved human relationships. Specifically, Unbroken Leadership is about a fundamental shift in leadership based on least-resistance horse training. The concept of least-resistance horse training is simple: help the horse find the right answer to your request in a way that is good for you and good for the horse. It’s about helping the horse learn the right responses while building confidence.
Most Unbroken Leadership programs involve working with horses as well as interactive meetings to discuss what was learned during the "horse experience." Typically speaking, each individual will have the opportunity to work with several different types of horses in an effort to demonstrate what types of changes leaders need to make to accommodate different types of people.
